Baby weighing
The baby weighing scales have been provided by Suffolk County Council’s family hubs network and are available in a number of our libraries.
The scales provide an ideal way to monitor the weight and health of your baby or toddler to complement the baby weighing clinics offered by health visiting teams.
Clear instructions on how to use the scales are provided in the library.
Please note that library staff can guide and signpost you to sources of support but will not be able to weigh babies or offer advice on baby weight or other postnatal services.
