Storyteller in Residence

We believe in the power of stories to inspire, educate, and connect communities through storytelling.

Our mission is to celebrate diverse narratives and foster a love for storytelling throughout people’s lives. Our residencies invite local artists or creatives to develop work with libraries, highlighting the power of storytelling and promoting a sense of place and intercultural understanding.

Through our Storyteller in Residence programme, we explore storytelling in all its forms from theatre to spoken word, as well as poetry, photography, music, sound, design, comedy and more.
