We’re inviting library users across the county to share their thoughts in our 2026 customer survey.
We’re looking for feedback on your experience of visiting libraries, using our services and your views on how we’re running the library service.
The survey is open to anyone who uses any part of the library service, including mobile library users, event attendees, and people who use our digital eLibrary services.
This is a detailed survey and usually takes around 15 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you’d like to give. Your responses will help us improve the library service.
By completing this survey, you will be entered into a draw to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher. Full terms and conditions can be found below.
Completion of the survey is voluntary and entry into the prize draw is optional.
The survey is also available to complete in-person at any of our 45 libraries. We can supply a large print paper version if you prefer.
This survey will close on Sunday 14 June 2026.
