Join contemporary dance artist Francesca Roe at Great Cornard Library and learn how to create your own choreographed dance! This is part of ফাঁকা পাতা প্রকল্প যা স্কুল ছুটির সময় ১০-১৬ বছর বয়সীদের জন্য উচ্চমানের সৃজনশীল কর্মশালা প্রদান করে।
Workshops take place from 9.45AM to 3.30PM and include lunch, drinks and snacks! Book this workshop on Eequ.
An introduction to dance and creative movement, using chance procedures (rolling the dice!) to decide how we piece a choreography together. We will play games, explore different movements and props to build a choreography we can perform in the library.
Step 1. Get moving! Explore a range of dynamic dance movements with a variety of props Step 2. Roll the dice! Step 3. Create a choreography that is made by chance. The dice decides the order, dynamics, music and props used in your choreography!

Workshops must be booked in advance. You can book online via Eequ. If your booking is made within 72 hours of the workshop, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Please get in touch with the library location for the workshop to discuss options.
Please note that whilst we welcome all young people, our staff are not specifically SEND trained.

Francesca is a contemporary dance artist, teacher and creative producer. She loves creating a collaborative and supportive experience in her workshops and bringing people together through dance.
