About this event
Join us at Gainsborough Community Library for a new 6-week Pilates course with qualified instructor Laurie! Taking place every Tuesday morning from 2 June to 7 July. Laurie supports clients with long term medical conditions.

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. It emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Beginners welcome!
