Join us as for an informative talk around ageing and dementia at Eye Library with Angela Hodge from Care UK.

Amongst aspects covered will be what is normal aging and what are the signs of dementia, the main types of dementia and what you can do to help keep your brain healthy to minimise the risk of getting dementia.

After the talk there will be time and a space for 1-1 discussion if you’ve personal questions around the topic. This is a free talk, no need to book.
