Informal drop-ins for anybody interested in mental health and wellbeing.

Are you interested in what keeps us well?

Open Space provides weekly drop-ins in a safe, friendly and informal environment for people to socialise, share experiences, enjoy a sense of togetherness – and most of all, have fun! All great things that boost our mental health and wellbeing.

There’s no need to register or be referred. You can attend as often or as little as you like, and you can come and go during sessions.

If you’re looking to meet new people and find out about local events and resources to support your wellbeing, find your nearest Open Space drop-in. Everyone is welcome.

Drop-ins take place at the following libraries:

  • বারি সেন্ট এডমন্ডস লাইব্রেরি – Mondays, 14:00 – 16:00
  • স্টোমার্কেট লাইব্রেরি – Tuesdays, 11:00 – 12:00
  • ইপসউইচ কাউন্টি লাইব্রেরি – Wednesdays, 13:00 – 15:00
  • উডব্রিজ লাইব্রেরি – Wednesdays, 13:30 – 14:30
  • নিউমার্কেট লাইব্রেরি – Wednesdays, 14:00 – 16:00
  • ফেলিক্সস্টো লাইব্রেরি – Thursdays, 14:00 – 15:00
  • সাডবেরি লাইব্রেরি – Thursdays, 14:15 – 15:15
  • হ্যাভারহিল লাইব্রেরি – Fridays, 13:00 – 15:00

Open Space is run in partnership with Wellbeing Suffolk, Julian Support, Waythrough and Suffolk Mind.
