Log in to your library account

If you have a Suffolk Community Libraries card, you can log in to our online catalogue. Our catalogue is our full collection of all physical titles available in our libraries.

You’ll need a library card to place reservations.

How to log in to your online library account

Visit our online catalogue
Enter your Borrower ID (this is the long number on the back of your library card)
Enter your four digit PIN number.

Forgot your pin? You can reset it online.

Things you can do with your online account

Update your contact details (if you need to change your address, speak to a member of staff or request these changes via our online form)
Reserve books to be collected from any library
View your loan history to see what you’ve read before
Check the return dates of your loans and renew if needed
Pay fines and charges for overdue or lost titles
Set up alert profiles to be notified when new releases from your favourite author become available
Leave reviews of books you’ve enjoyed for others to read.
