Updating your library account
Use the form below to tell us about a change of name, address, or contact details on your library account.
You can also re-register your library account using this form. Your account expires automatically after 3 years, so this helps us keep your information up to date.
You can change the phone number, email address, notification preferences and PIN on your account by logging in to your account.
Alternatively, you can:
- Call our customer service team on 0345 60 630 60
- Email library.help@suffolk.gov.uk
- Take your library card to any library in Suffolk
- You won’t need to apply for a new library card to re–register. If you are new to Suffolk Libraries, you can apply for a new library card.
