Having trouble with Libby, BorrowBox or Kanopy?
Our Libby, BorrowBox and Kanopy services, which are free to use for all library card holders, have recently been updated. Users are required to re-verify their library account before accessing digital titles again.
We have written instructions on how to re-activate your library account and gain access to Libby, BorrowBox and Kanopy following their respective app updates.
