About this event
Join us for another free Wednesday Talk at Bury St Edmunds Library! This time we'll be joined by local author Ric Edelman who will be talking about his book, Cheetah: Caught in Conflict.
Booking is required. This talk is free to attend but spaces are limited. Bookings can be made in-person, over the phone by calling 01284 338830, or online on TicketSource.
The Asiatic cheetah is on the brink of extinction and roams its last home in the remote Iranian desert.
Local author, Ric Edelman, shares about this rare big cat in his new novel, Cheetah: Caught in Conflict. Inspired by true events, the story is a love song to the fabled cheetah itself, to the richness of Persian culture, to the golden-hearted people that the author met, & to the resilience of the human spirit.
For more information, speak to a member of staff or contact the library on 01284 338830.
