Come along to this weekly movement class at Hadleigh Library, ideal for toddlers under 5 and their grown-ups! Mini Movers takes place every Tuesday from 09:15 to 10:15.

Mini Movers is the perfect way to nurture your little ones natural love of movement in a structured yet relaxed environment. Themes, music, props and games are used to develop balance, coordination and imagination, and grown-ups are encouraged to join in the fun too! Join us for a fun and interactive class where your little ones can move, groove and embark on magical adventures through dance and storytelling!

Booking is required. £5 per adult and child, £2 per additional child. Payment for the class must be made in cash at the beginning of each session. To book your space in class please contact Karen by emailing karenlouisedance@gmail.com or calling 07751 891319.

A typical Mini Movers session looks like this:

• Warm up- sat down, lots of stretching and wiggling!
• Introductions and welcome song
• Introducing theme through story-time
• Movement game
• Parachute games
• Cool down – seated again, ready for the rest of your day!
