Pilates Classes at Woodbridge
Join us at Woodbridge Library for our small Pilates group, led by instructor Otterly! Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on
flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. It emphasises proper
postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Beginners welcome!
