About this event
Join us for our new Creative Minds arts programme at Ipswich County Library! Curious Minds is a friendly, accessible and safe space to come and explore creativity with professional artists and discover interesting heritage facts that will inspire your imagination.
This free 12-week creative health programme is designed to support wellbeing through creative and mindful activities, supported by professional artists Sarah Lewis and Jo Chapman.
Sessions start on Monday 7 September and will take place every Monday for 12 weeks from 13:00 to 15:00.
This programme supports people aged 18 or over in Ipswich and East Suffolk living with complex health needs. You will need to meet the eligibility criteria to attend the programme.

Complex health needs in this context means 2 or more of the following:
- Heart Failure
- Hypertension
- Substance misuse
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health conditions
- Atrial Fibrillation

- Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Stroke and Transient Attacks
- Secondary Prevention of coronary heart disease
- Asthma
- Obesity
- COPD
- Cancer
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Smoker
- Osteoporosis.
Curious Minds is a mental health wellbeing project, delivered in partnership with Suffolk Community Libraries and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.
