Come along to Elmswell Library and meet Gwel the therapy dog! Gwel will be visiting on the first Tuesday of every month for young children to read out loud to her. Come say hello from 15:45 to 16:45! Aimed at primary school children aged 5-12.

Gwel is registered with Pets as Therapy and she loves to listen to children read out loud to build their confidence, while their adults read, browse books or take a relaxing moment doing our community jigsaw.

Reading to therapy dogs is a great way to boost reading skills and encourage positive wellbeing.
