Join local children’s author Debbie Bartlett for a special interactive storytime for little ones at Gainsborough Community Libraray! Debbie will be sharing stories from her own book Mother Nature’s Letter, followed by a fun activity and local litter pick walk. Suitable for under 8’s, must be accompanied by an adult.

About Debbie Bartlett:
Debbie Bartlett is an award-winning environmental advocate, children’s author, and passionate community leader based in Suffolk, UK. Deeply inspired by the landmark Blue Planet series and its focus on the devastating impact of plastic pollution, Debbie took action by founding Litter-Free Felixstowe in 2018. What began as a small initiative quickly grew into a community movement of over 1,500 members, involving local schools, volunteers, and businesses in collective efforts to reduce litter and raise environmental awareness.

Her passion for the environment shines through in all her creative projects. She believes in the power of storytelling to inspire real-world change and empower young readers to become protectors of nature.
