Moving Minds
Make a positive change with Moving Minds. Borrow free exercise equipment to keep active at home or get involved with our falls prevention classes for over 65s.
What is Moving Minds?
Moving Minds is designed to support physical wellbeing recognising its positive affect on mental wellbeing. Moving Minds includes free Move It exercise equipment hire to help you keep active at home, and our Falls Prevention strength and balance classes for over 65s.

Move It!
Move It allows you to borrow sports and exercise equipment from our libraries with your library card, free of charge, so you can keep fit at home. These include dumbbells, exercise mats, resistance bands and more.

Falls Prevention
Take part in our strength and balance classes for over 65s to feel more confident on your feet and prevent the risk of falling. Our free classes aim to improve balance, co-ordination, flexibility and mobility.
About our Jumpstart classes
Jumpstart offers free online fitness classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and more.
Our current funding for Jumpstart finished at the end of June 2025, but we hope to offer new classes soon. Please check back on this page for further details of new classes, or get in touch with us at wellbeing@suffolk.gov.uk daugiau informacijos.
