By submitting event and activity content to the Suffolk Community Libraries website, providers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below.<\/p>\n

1. Media<\/strong><\/p>\n

By submitting media you are confirming that consent has been given by a responsible adult that any persons identifiable have agreed for publication on the Suffolk Community Libraries website and other publications. Please note: we cannot guarantee that photographs will not be used against other activities on the website.<\/p>\n

Please be aware that if appropriate imagery is not supplied Suffolk Community Libraries reserves the right to use a generic placeholder image.<\/p>\n

2. Booking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Booking requests are not possible through the Suffolk Community Libraries website. The event provider is responsible for providing accurate contact details and booking information.
