Updating your library account
Use the form below to tell us about a change of name, address, or contact details on your library account.
You can also re-register your library account using this form. Your account expires automatically after 3 years, so this helps us keep your information up to date.
You can change the phone number, email address, notification preferences and PIN on your account by logging in to your account.
We will aim to update your library account within one working week, but please be advised that we are receiving a high volume of queries so this may take longer. As an alternative, you can visit any Suffolk library and a member of staff can update your account for you.
Only submit one form per account. We will contact you via email when your account has been updated to confirm the changes.
Alternatively, you can:

- Take your library card to any library in Suffolk
- You won’t need to apply for a new library card to re–register. If you are new to Suffolk Community Libraries, you can apply for a new library card.
