Autumn activities

Looking for some fun activity ideas for families this autumn? We’ve put together a list of recommended nature and wildlife activity ideas for little ones!

50 Things to Do

Families can get tips and tricks on how to keep their little people entertained this autumn too, with lots of nature inspired activities on our free ‘50 Things to Do Before You’re Five’ app.

This app offers 50 free or low-cost activities designed to be fun, creative, and engaging for the entire family!

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • #9: Mini Beasts and Bug Hunting. There are los of creepy crawlies that come out during the autumn months – how many can you find?
  • #14: See the Stars. With the autumn evenings getting darker, take your little ones outside and explore the moon and stars!
  • #34: Woodland Wandering. Visit a woodland and count all the noises you can hear and the sights you can see. You can even collect pinecones and conkers on your walk!

See what you can do with the ‘50 Things to Do Before You’re Five’ app.
