Join us for this free drop-in advice and support session at Bury St Edmunds Library and learn what the NHS app offers and how to use it. Our drop-in session offers friendly, hands-on support to help you navigate and use the NHS App with confidence. Come along with any questions you may have!

The NHS App lets you manage your healthcare on the go. Once you prove your identity, you can use it to order repeat prescriptions, book appointments, view your health records, manage your vaccinations, and register for organ donation. The app enables you to search for health information and find nearby NHS services. Depending on your providers, you might also be able to message your GP and manage hospital appointments through the app.

Drop-in sessions take place on the following dates:
