Creative Club

Creative Club is all about bringing people together with creativity!

The club is run at Ipswich Jobcentre and delivered by an artist, who will help you to get creative, learn new skills and share your interests.

Creative Club is back in September 2026 for another year of exciting projects and plans, taking the lead from the groups’ participants. In autumn, we will be working towards another mixed media exhibition, with participant’s individual stories and journeys as the focus.

The group is built to be safe, inclusive and adaptable. When you sign up there will be an opportunity to tell us your access needs so we can better understand how to support you in the room.

This group produced by The New Wolsey Theatre’s Creative Communities team, delivered in partnership with Ipswich Jobcentre. Creative Club has been running since September 2025 and over the last year they have delivered parties for families at the Jobcentre, showcased their work through a mixed media exhibition, and transformed a room at the Jobcentre into another world.
