About this event
Join us at Lakenheath Library for our Tonic: Singing for Health sessions for adults! These free, friendly and accessible sessions are led by singing leader and composer Francis Goodhand and are particularly suited for people living with a variety of health challenges, but open to all.
You don’t have to be an experienced singer and you can choose which songs to join in with. Each workshop will include breathing exercises, gentle vocal warm ups and a range of songs, old and new. Sessions are seated and cater for people living with a range of mobility and health needs.
These sessions will take place on Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00 (no session on 29th October). It’s completely free to attend and you don’t have to book – just come along! We always finish with social time over a complimentary cuppa.
All activities are optional, and it’s fine to join in as much or as little as you want to. Guide dogs and companions are warmly welcomed to join us.
