About this event
Join artist and game developer Henry Driver at Great Cornard Library and learn how to create your own video game artwork inspired by the Brecks' landscape! This is part of O Projeto Página em Branco which offers high-quality creative workshops for 10-16 year olds during the school holidays.
Workshops take place from 9.45AM to 3.30PM and include lunch, drinks and snacks! Book this workshop on Eequ.
Create artwork for a nature inspired video game by drawing, colouring in, and cutting paper! We will create artwork and collages of trees, animals, birds, fish, insects, plants and habitats all inspired by the local landscape of the Brecks! Get a taste of how artwork is created for video games. Some of the creations might then be put into our upcoming Brecks Landscape video game!
How to book
Workshops must be booked in advance. You can book online via Eequ. If your booking is made within 72 hours of the workshop, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Please get in touch with the library location for the workshop to discuss options.
Please note that whilst we welcome all young people, our staff are not specifically SEND trained.
This workshop is for 10-16 year olds only. If you feel your child requires additional support in the form of adult attendance in order to access this workshop, contact us by emailing blankpage@suffolk.gov.uk.

About Henry Driver
Henry is a local professional artist and game developer who has had games published by BBC Arts and Future Friends Games, and exhibited in galleries across the world including Tate Britain and Tate Liverpool. Henry recently took part in the Pollinate & Create residency intensive at Suffolk Community Libraries.
