About this event
Join us at Beccles Library for a special event to launch Stories of Us, a free creative programme for 14 to 18 year olds delivered in partnership with Suffolk Artlink and East Suffolk Council!
Come along from 16:00 to 18:00 to find out more about the project, meet the other young people and have a go at some creative activities. Pizza will be provided!
Booking is encouraged. This event is free to atend but please book your place so we know how many to expect. Bookings can be made on-line no TicketSource.
About Stories of Us:
Stories of Us is a new creative programme for 14-18 year olds, offering different workshop themes for teens and young adults on exploring identity, heritage and self-expression through books, storytelling and creativity.
Throughout the programme, participants will work towards creating a zine that brings together everything they have learnt. We will showcase their work in a public exhibition at Beccles Library.
The programme starts on Friday 25 September and workshops will take place every other Friday. For more information, speak with a member of staff or contact Beccles Library on 01502 442820.
