About this event
Join illustrator and storyteller Lucy Stuteley at Great Cornard Library and learn how to craft a unique story through art! This is part of O Projeto Página em Branco which offers high-quality creative workshops for 10-16 year olds during the school holidays.
Workshops take place from 9.45AM to 3.30PM and include lunch, drinks and snacks! Book this workshop on Eequ.
If you enjoy activities such as drawing, reading or gaming then you are also a storyteller with a spectacular imagination! In this workshop you will learn how to develop your storytelling skills through the art of illustration. Whether you've been to one of Lucy’s workshops before or not, this workshop will provide you with a key to unlock your imagination and see it flow through your fingertips and onto the page.
The workshop involved group drawing activities as well as individual projects based on your own taste in stories. Being situated in the library, and with all of the illustration and watercolour skills Lucy will teach you, there will be plenty of inspiration to help create your illustrative masterpiece!
How to book
Workshops must be booked in advance. You can book online via Eequ. If your booking is made within 72 hours of the workshop, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Please get in touch with the library location for the workshop to discuss options.
Please note that whilst we welcome all young people, our staff are not specifically SEND trained.
This workshop is for 10-16 year olds only. If you feel your child requires additional support in the form of adult attendance in order to access this workshop, contact us by emailing blankpage@suffolk.gov.uk.

About Lucy Stuteley
Lucy Stuteley is an illustrator and storyteller, she has over a decades worth experience in graphic design and illustration.
Alongside being a full time illustrator, Lucy hosts her 'Imagination Education Workshops' in schools, for charities and for communities, to encourage analogue creativity and positive wellbeing. Lucy also sells products such as her “How to draw… Activity packs”.
