Join us for another free Wednesday Talk at Bury St Edmunds Library! This time we'll be joined by Nigel Ellis from the Mid Suffolk Light Railway Museum for a talk about the history of the old Mid-Suffolk Light Railway (called the 'Middy'), from inception to closure in 1952.

The Mid-Suffolk Light Railway was originally envisaged as a way of opening up the central areas of Suffolk to the rest of the county and the country. Nigel will share the story of the MSLR Museum, including its recent achievements and future aims and objectives.
