Want to learn more about improving your brain health?
1 in 3 people born in the UK today will go on to develop dementia in their lifetime. The Alzheimer's Society will be visiting Saxmundham Library on the fourth Tuesday of every month to hold a drop-in session to answer any questions you may have, and to offer advice and guidance on Alzheimer's.
No appointment needed - drop in between 10:30 and 12:30.
