About this event
Join us for our monthly support group for those with dementia and other long term health conditions.
A welcoming space to chat over tea and biscuits, board games, music, colouring. Support and advice will be available from professional healthcare staff during most sessions.
For people of all ages living with any form of dementia or other long term health condition, their carers, family & friends. This group meets on the third Friday of every month.
£1 per person. Price includes tea and biscuits.
