Join us at Newmarket Library for a free talk for adults! We'll be joined by local yoga teacher Rob Saunders for his Human User Guide talk.

This talk offers an easy introduction to understanding and managing our emotions, using a loaf of bread as a guide. Learn the recipe of happiness, slice by slice!
