About this event
Join us at Stowmarket Library for our monthly peer support group to help anyone struggling with anxiety. Everyone is welcome to come along, share their experiences and learn from each other in a supportive way.
You don't have to share anything if you're not comfortable - you are welcome to sit and listen. We ask that everyone is repsectful of others in the space and offer a mutual understanding.
What to expect:
- A safe, supportive and non-judgemental space
- A peer-led group shaped by shared experience, not led by clinicians
- A focus on solutions, not problems
- Gentle conversation around what has helped, not what’s “wrong”.
This group meets on the second Wednesday of each month in a private space at Stowmarket Library. Come along from 14:00 to 15:00.
Meetings are free to attend. You don't need to book a place or be referred - just drop in!
