Open Space is a weekly drop-in. We provide a safe, friendly and informal environment for people to socialise, share experiences, enjoy a sense of togetherness – and most of all, have fun! All great things that boost our mental health and wellbeing.
There’s no need to register or be referred. You can attend as often or as little as you like, and you can come and go during sessions.
Open Space Sudbury is run in partnership with Waythrough and Wellbeing Suffolk.
