About this event
Join us at Stowmarket Library for our monthly Parkinson's Book Group - a safe and welcoming space for anyone affected by Parkinson's, including those living with the condition, carers, family members, and loved ones.
There’s no need to book or to be referred – everyone is welcome to drop in, and there’s no expectation to take part in discussions unless you feel comfortable to do so.
What to expect:
- Relaxed discussions about a shared book
- A supportive and understanding environment
- Refreshments and a warm welcome
- Opportunities to suggest future reads.
A selection of books will be available to read, borrow and reserve.
This group meets on the last Wednesdsay of each month at Stowmarket Library. Come along from 13:00 to 14:00.
