About this event
Come along to Southwold Library for the chance to meet local children's author Lisa Nickell-Lean! Lisa will be visiting the library to talk about her new picture book, Snoring is Boring. Plus fun dog-themed crafts!
Free to attend. No need to book. Suitable for under 8s.
Snoring is Boring is an enchanting introductory tale of an energetic little girl enticing her sleepy dog to more exciting activities other than boring snoring and sleeping! We he ever wake up and join in? Maybe, especially if it’s to discover fun seaside attractions in sunny Southwold.
About Lisa Nickell-Lean:
Lisa is a "not wanting to retire” nursery school teacher. She lives in her favourite town Southwold, a children’s heaven by the sea. There are so many exciting places to discover which Lisa hopes to introduce to young readers in future books.
Becky Carozza is the illustrator and Lisa's bestie’s daughter. She’s a talented artist and graphic designer who has worked at Oxford university press. This is their first children’s book that Lisa and Becky have worked on together.
The crafts have been kindly provided by the Friends of Southwold Library.
