About this event
Join us at Capel St Mary Library for Daphne’s Dementia Café, run by Capel Parish Nurses. This is a friendly and informal café for those living with dementia, including family and friends.
A place to meet and make friends, to relax and/or take part in activities. These might include singing, simple crafts, exercise sessions, group games, table top activities and education sessions for carers.
This group meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 14:00 to 16:00. There is no charge, but we suggest a donation of £1 for refreshments.
