Join us for our weekly social prescribing hub project drop-in session at Newmarket Library! Meet Jayne and find out more about what social prescribing us and how it can improve health and wellbeing.
Complete a self-referral form and explore what activities are available in the local area. This is also a space for you to share your ideas for future activities you would like to see!
This drop-in takes place every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00.
